I have more than 20 years' experience in the mortgage industry. I have a passion for helping customers and ensuring they are in the best possible position to succeed in their goals. Customer service means EVERYTHING to me.  As a mortgage broker I have relationships with dozens of lenders  offering programs from the standard Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and Construction  to specialty programs for self employed borrowers and investors. I also work with a variety of lenders that specialize in builder lending with programs available for land acquisition, spec home construction and rehab/renovation projects.  I can find the right program and make the customer feel great about their experience.
