Greetings friends of Charlotte, I am Steve O’Brien, the owner of CRD Services. We are a residential construction and design company focused on delivering high-quality remodeling and renovation projects done right the first time. With more than 25 years of experience managing residential and commercial construction projects, I bring a disciplined, systems-driven approach to every job—helping homeowners navigate the building process with confidence while keeping projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with their vision.

Working alongside me is my incredible wife, Amy Lynn, CRD’s in-house design specialist. For the past seven years, Amy Lynn and I have worked together guiding homeowners through both the design and construction phases of their projects. Amy Lynn helps clients simplify the overwhelming selection process—finishes, materials, layouts, and colors—while Steve ensures the construction side is executed with precision and craftsmanship.

CRD Services specializes in full-home restorations, kitchen remodels, and bathroom renovations. By combining thoughtful design with professional construction management, Amy Lynn and I help homeowners avoid costly mistakes and create spaces that are both beautiful and built to last. Our goal is simple: deliver a smooth, professional renovation experience and be the trusted construction partner homeowners and referral partners can rely on.
