Sean Gist

Sean Gist is the Co-Founder and CEO of Echo Sierra Tactical, an immersive leadership, team development, and tactical training facility in the Charlotte area. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with an extensive background in leadership, operations, sales, and business growth, Sean has spent his career building teams and developing people to perform under pressure.

At Echo Sierra Tactical, Sean and his wife, Liz, help individuals and organizations strengthen leadership, communication, trust, decision-making, and accountability through challenging, experience-based training.

Sean is passionate about building strong organizations, developing leaders, supporting fellow veterans, and creating a lasting positive impact in the Charlotte community.
