Ryan Baudoin

Ryan Baudoin is the founder of SHIFT Systems, a Charlotte-based business systems company that helps small and mid-sized businesses clean up the manual work that slows them down. After years in enterprise sales and systems work at Cisco, Ryan started SHIFT to bring that same operational discipline to local businesses, without the corporate complexity or cost.

SHIFT works with business owners who are tired of chasing forms, follow-ups, spreadsheets, customer information, document prep, reviews, and reminders by hand. The company maps how work actually gets done, finds the bottlenecks, and builds simple behind-the-scenes systems that save time, reduce mistakes, and make the business easier to run.
