Randi Fechter

I’m Randi Fechter, founder of Fechter Business Strategy Services and creator of the ClarityCore System. I work with business owners who are past the startup phase, doing well on paper, but don’t feel fully in control of what’s actually driving their business day to day.

As businesses grow, decisions get heavier. More activity, more people, more money moving, yet less clarity. My work helps owners clearly see their revenue, cash flow, and profit drivers so decisions stop relying on instinct or memory and start being guided by trusted numbers.

Through the ClarityCore System, I help business owners move from holding everything together in their head to operating with confidence and control. The outcome is not just better reports, but the ability to choose what comes next on purpose, whether that’s scaling, stabilizing, or building a business that supports the life they want.

I’m originally from New Jersey and earned my BA in Psychology with a Teaching Certification from Rutgers. I bring more than 20 years of experience across operations, finance, and leadership, using that background to help owners protect profitability, reduce decision fatigue, and lead with confidence.
