Ludivine Tandazo

I’m Lu Tandazo, a Success Coach who work with small business owners and entrepreneurs get unstuck, find their confidence, and finally feel good about the way they grow their business AND grow their business. I know what it’s like to work hard and still feel like something isn’t clicking — to doubt yourself, to hustle endlessly, or to feel awkward about selling. My coaching isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about helping you shift inside so your results start to flow on the outside with ease.

My own journey has been anything but straight. Originally from France, I started out my career in the US as a French Teacher, then spent years in various parts of HR and eventually became Head of HR for a healthcare company. My career then morphed into into leadership coaching for high performing teams. On paper, I was successful. Inside, though, I hit a crossroads that forced me to reevaluate everything - personally and professionally. Personal growth changed my life and gave me my spark and life back. That’s when I knew I had to help others do the same.

Now, I work with entrepreneurs who may look like they’ve got it all together but secretly feel stuck, plateaued, or unsure of themselves and uncomfortable selling. Together, we uncover the hidden thoughts that keep them stuck, rebuild confidence around business and selling, AND grow their business in a way that feels joyful instead of forced - it is not about hustling! Most of all, I help them create a life they actually want to live — because success doesn’t mean much if you’re too drained or worried to enjoy it - may it be more time back, better relationships, or greater well-being.
