Hi, I'm Lu Tandazo — a Life Transition, Reinvention & Confidence Coach who helps people who look strong on the outside but are quietly struggling inside rebuild their confidence, reconnect with who they truly are, and navigate life's biggest transitions with clarity, self-trust, and a lot less self-doubt.

My clients are high-achievers, leaders, entrepreneurs, and everyday people who are constantly second-guessing their decisions, people-pleasing to keep the peace, battling imposter syndrome, or quietly wondering if they are truly good enough. They are navigating something real — a career change, burnout, a relationship shift, motherhood, divorce, a business challenge, or a deep personal reinvention — and they are doing it while carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations.

Through private coaching, group experiences, workshops, and speaking engagements, I help my clients move through their transitions without losing themselves in pressure, overthinking, fear, or hustle. My work is not about pushing harder. It is about rebuilding from the inside out — so the change you make actually lasts.

My approach is deeply personal because I have lived it.

After navigating multiple career pivots, moving abroad on my own, becoming a mother, rebuilding myself through major life and relationship transitions, and launching a business while battling self-doubt and imposter syndrome, I know exactly what it feels like to look like you have it all together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.

What changed everything for me was not more effort or more hustle. It was learning to stop putting myself last, stop shrinking to keep others comfortable, stop discounting my worth, and to build a grounded, unshakeable confidence from the inside out. That is the work I now guide others through — with honesty, depth, and genuine care.
