Lauren brings over twenty years of expertise in consulting, business management, and organizational transformation to Lifestyle Management Co.™ Charlotte. With a background as Chief of Staff and Managing Director in financial services, she excels at creating structure, clarity, and meaningful support for both teams and families—skills she now applies directly to her clients.

Her passion for home organization and intentional living began early, leading her to launch her own home organization company in 2025. Witnessing the transformative impact of true household support on families inspired Lauren to expand her reach through Lifestyle Management Co.™. Today, she helps busy Charlotte and surrounding South Carolina households simplify, declutter, and reclaim time for what matters most. As the owner Charlotte LMC, Lauren is dedicated to providing the city’s most trusted household management, personal assisting, and home organizing services. Her approach combines high-level organization, refined style, and a calming presence—helping clients turn chaos into clarity and create homes that feel lighter, calmer, and easier to live in.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys Peloton workouts, cheering on her boys in sports and activities, traveling with her husband and family, and supporting her community through the 1,000 Dreams Fund and Palisades Episcopal School. With roots in the North and a heart for Southern living, Lauren offers Charlotte families a unique blend of structure, warmth, and thoughtful support—helping them live more intentionally every day.
