Daryl Palubiak and Kelly Macaluso have owned and operated Eye Spy Carolina Home Inspection since 2006, after 20+ years building, inspecting, maintaining and upgrading homes in the greater Charlotte area. Our customers  feel great knowing exactly who will be doing their inspection, and with several decades of experience in the field, and licenses as contractor and roofer-- we really know what we're looking at. 

Having built homes, we provide a valuable service to people building homes in the area.  We have seen some crazy things on new construction homes, including holes in the roof, significant structural defects and even insulation totally forgotten in attics! 😐  While some home builders like to tell buyers a private home inspection is not necessary, we disagree. DON"T BUY NEW CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT INSPECTIONS!  GIve us a call with any questions. 

We also offer buyers inspections for real estate transactions, sellers Pre-Listing Inspections (catch things before they show up on a buyers inspection report!), New Home 11 Month Warranty Inspections, Crawlspace inspections, Construction inspections (have things looked at before paying your contractor that final payment), Termite inspections (we schedule with properly licensed Pest Control Operators), Radon Testing and more.
