Founder, Tony Pearl, has spent over 25 years in the world of technology and communications and has seen just how confusing and quota-driven the telecom industry has become. Often telecom OpEx extend well over their term limits and as a result business owners find themselves overpaying for services and outdated plans. Tony built Ambassador to be customer centric — independent, carrier agnostic advisors who helps businesses choose the right internet, UCAAS services, mobility, and cloud solutions based on what fits their needs.

Over time, clients began asking for our help with integrating the technologies and systems of newly acquired companies as well as trimming expenses prior to a Merger or Acquisition. Therefore, in 2022 Tony became a Certified Business Broker and expanded into M&A advisory, helping owners increase their company’s value and navigate successful acquisitions and exits. Today, we support businesses by helping them manage their telco expenses, integrate technology and we advise them on how to achieve maximum value through M&A.

I’m Justin Pearl, his son, and I now head up the technology side of Ambassador. My role is to work alongside Tony and his expertise to advise clients on best practices in telecom, managed IT, cybersecurity, and AI. We have over 300 direct supplier relationships, which allows us to connect businesses with the right provider for their specific needs. And the best part: our advisory services come at no cost to the client. Our job is simply to advocate for the business, make the options clear, and help them make smart technology decisions at the best possible price points the market has to offer.
