Hi everyone!

I'm Janet — mom of 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. Flooring specialist, social media manager, networking guru… all of the above.

I’m ONE of the TWO second-generation owners of what I strongly believe is the best flooring company in the South — or at least the greater Charlotte area (and yes, we have awards to back it up 😄). 

M&M Flooring Design (formerly M&M Hardwood Flooring) has been around for over 20 years. (I may not have been on payroll at the beginning, but I was definitely there when we were starting from scratch!)

We work with both residential and commercial clients — homeowners, builders, and businesses alike — handling the entire flooring process from start to finish. Hardwood, carpet, tile, refinishing, laminate, waterproof flooring… if it goes on the floor, we do it (except epoxy 😉).
