Jamie McGarity brings a people-first mindset shaped by a career centered on service, relationships, and client experience. Originally from New Jersey, with formative years spent in Florida, she relocated to the Charlotte area in 2007 and built her home and family in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Balancing family life with entrepreneurship and leadership roles strengthened her ability to listen deeply, adapt quickly, and connect authentically with others.

In 2017, Jamie transitioned into the financial services industry after being encouraged by a trusted professional in her network at Solaris Strategic Wealth. She joined the firm as a Client Relationship Manager, where her strengths in relationship-building, client care, and marketing quickly made an impact. In 2024, Jamie stepped into her current role in Business Development and Client Experience, focused on cultivating meaningful connections, enhancing the client journey, and supporting sustainable growth through strong professional partnerships.

Known for her authenticity, adaptability, and presence, Jamie is guided by her life motto, “Be where you are.” She values genuine relationships and believes trust is built through consistency, care, and follow-through.
