I’m a hands-on leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations solve real-world problems and get things done. My background includes service in the U.S. Air Force, where I built a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and leadership.

Today, I work at the intersection of technology and operations, helping teams turn ideas into practical solutions that deliver results. I’m known for bringing people together to align around a clear plan and follow through to successful outcomes. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple, actionable steps that drive progress and create value for customers.

At my core, I’m motivated by helping teams succeed, building strong relationships, and delivering work that makes a meaningful impact.

Outside of work, I focus on family life with my wife and three sons. I enjoy playing golf, spending time outdoors, and giving back through volunteer work with First Tee and Habitat for Humanity.
