I'm an SMB Sales Consultant with Paychex, I work with mostly local business owners (although can work nationwide) who wear a lot of hats and don't always have time to be HR, payroll, and compliance experts on top of everything else. My role is really about listening first - understanding what's keeping them up at night - and then helping simplify the people side of their business with solutions that actually fit how they operate day to day. 

At Paychex, I'm fortunate to have a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management tools behind me (including PEO, Workers Compensation Pay as you go, Merchant services), which allows me to take a consultative approach rather than a one‑size‑fits‑all pitch. I love being a resource and a trusted partner for my clients, whether that's helping them stay compliant, grow their teams, or just feel confident they're doing things the right way. 

What I enjoy most about what I do is building genuine relationships and supporting the small business community. When my clients succeed, hire more people, or gain peace of mind knowing they're supported, that's when I know I'm doing my job right.
