After a successful career in Technology, Eric decided to put his business skills to use in a completely different industry. The road from "Tech" to "Trees" has been an interesting career opportunity. Now instead of sitting in conference rooms or in stuffy airplanes, he gets the opportunity to be outdoors, helping his community preserve their trees and the environment.

The tree industry is not known for customer satisfaction, and Eric feels that he is changing that at Monster Tree Service. We hire from a set of Core Values that include Safety, Quality, Accountability, Attitude, and Discipline. We are changing the way Charlotte interacts with Arborist by bringing highly skilled, well equipped, and professional trades people to each and every project. Eric emphasizes his passion for customer experience by focusing on every step of the process from the first phone call, through the estimate and work efforts, ending with an expectation that his company has delivered a 5-star experience.

Eric is married to Rachel, his wife of 25 years, and he has a 15 year old daughter, Brooke, along with a Doberman and a smaller sized Beagle to keep things interesting around the house. He is a Christian, Husband, Father, Son, Brother, and Friend. He looks forward to meeting you and sharing his story, his passion, and his network of professionals.
