David Shrum

A Rock Hill native, I graduated from Northwestern High School in 1997 before earning my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2006. Over the past 20 years, I have built a career in sales across several industries, consistently focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every transaction is handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

I am a licensed NC and SC Real Estate Advisor for Better Homes & Garden Realty Paracle.  Everyday it brings me great joy to help my clients navigate one of the most important financial and personal decisions of their lives. My background in finance, combined with decades of relationship-driven sales experience, allows me to guide buyers and sellers with clarity, integrity, and a strong commitment to their success.

Outside of work, my faith, family, spending times with friends, being active, and community involvement are central to who I am. I’m blessed with a wonderful wife, two daughters, and a grandson who keep life full and meaningful. I also enjoy volunteering in the community that helped shape me, and I take pride in serving the people of Rock Hill both professionally and personally.
