I am Chuck Moore, a full-time and full-service Broker/Realtor® in the Charlotte Metro Region. My services are entirely customer based, meaning that I focus on easing the work of selling or buying a home for my clients. My advice helps them make smart decisions about one of the biggest changes in their lives. As a Strategic Pricing Specialist, I am positioned to help buyers and sellers get a good deal at the closing table.

My background in corporate non-profits helped me build a customer-focused, relationship-based business philosophy. I worked for American Red Cross Biomedical Services for nearly 20 years, helping churches, industries, schools, and other institutions learn how to hold blood drives. Now I find that same philosophy aids my clients when they are making some of the largest practical decisions of their lives.
