Charleigh Phillips

I'm Charleigh Phillips, co-founder and Client Success lead at PathPoint Services, a father-daughter web design and SEO company I run with my dad Eric Phillips out of the NC Piedmont.

 We started PathPoint because we kept seeing the same thing: small businesses with websites that exist but aren't actually working for them. DIY templates, outdated designs, no SEO foundation, sites that were built just to have something out there. We fix that. Our monthly subscription model means no large upfront cost, no long-term contracts, and an ongoing partner who doesn't disappear after launch.

Before PathPoint, I spent years in inside sales working directly with contractors and builders. That background gave me a real appreciation for what small business owners actually need and what they don't have time to deal with. Eric brings the technical expertise and spent 14 years running his own business, so he knows firsthand how hard it is to keep a website current on top of everything else a business owner is juggling. I'm the point of contact who keeps things moving and makes sure every client feels taken care of from day one.

Outside of PathPoint, CRG is a huge part of how I do business. I believe the best referrals come from people who genuinely know and trust each other, and that's exactly the kind of network I'm here to build.
