I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in clinical and therapeutic bodywork with a strong focus on long-term results. With a background rooted in medical-massage–based training and several years of hands-on experience, my goal is always to understand the root cause of my clients’ pain rather than just treating symptoms. I combine deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and mobility techniques to create individualized sessions that support healing, recovery, and improved function.

My philosophy is that the body works as an interconnected system, and effective treatment requires addressing more than just the “problem spot.” I assess posture, movement patterns, and muscular imbalances to identify the underlying contributors to tension and pain.
