Steve Tubel

Steve has leveraged his 38 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry to assist clients in creating, generating, and building wealth through commercial real estate. Having lived in the Charlotte Region for over four decades, his knowledge and experience of the area allows him to help others with their commercial real estate locations.

Specializing in restaurants, hospitality, and retail, he can help businesses and entrepreneurs obtain their individual and/or business goals with regards to site selection or identifying investment properties. Additionally, Steve assists his clients with their office, land, or light industrial needs.

He is a Member of the North Carolina CCIM Chapter, and ICSC. As a part of the Blanton Commercial Team, he also has membership in the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), the North and South Carolina Realtors (NCR, SCR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Steve is currently pursuing his CCIM Designation as an active CCIM Candidate Member of the CCIM Institute. Steve is licensed in both North and South Carolina allowing him to serve Clients throughout the Carolina’s.
