David Storm is a Pest Control License holder and Home Inspector in North and South Carolina as well as a licensed Residential Building Contractor in both states. He is also a Radon Mitigation and Testing contractor holding an active certification through the AARST/NRPP. David recently rebranded from Segue Environmental to Guardian Pest and Termite. Guardian Pest can handle any of your pest control, radon or crawl space moisture control needs.

David is a graduate of East Carolina University, and has gained hands-on experience working in the residential and commercial construction markets throughout the Carolinas since 2003. When not inspecting homes, he enjoys playing golf, disc golf, and spending time with his family; wife Colleen, son Noah, and daughter Alexa. The Storms are parishioners of St. Matthew Catholic Church and reside in Indian Land, SC.
