Patrick Register is an experienced commercial real estate broker specializing in suburban and tertiary-market shopping centers in North and South Carolina. With a degree in Economics from UNC Chapel Hill and a background in financial analysis, he has the expertise to structure deals to maximize a client's objectives. 

Despite an analytical nature, Patrick excels at client communication. "I give my clients consistent updates, so they never have to wonder what is happening with their listing, even in slow weeks." Asked what he enjoys most about his job, "the hustle of matching buyers and sellers the old-fashioned way... cold-calling to have one-on-one conversations with capable parties."

Patrick's family has been in real estate for four generations, spanning over 100 years. Before entering real estate, he worked in NASCAR. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter after work, playing with race cars, and taking short trips to faraway places.
