Lauren Baker has over eight years of experience in the Financial Services industry. She has held multiple roles across the industry working in operations, recruiting, business development, production, and management. Prior to joining the industry, Lauren worked in the Recruiting & Staffing Agency and was a contractor for several political campaigns and non-profits. It was through her work in non-profits that led her to join the financial services industry providing her an opportunity to make a difference in her community.

Lauren's mission is to work together with her clients and provide them with sound financial advice in building a legacy for themselves and their loved ones. Through a holistic collaborative approach, she focuses on protecting for what may go wrong in order to afford the luxury for what can go right. 

Lauren specializes in working with individuals from life's many stages. Whether you are starting out in your career, transitioning into retirement, starting a family or becoming empty nesters, she will work with you to find the best solution that meets your needs now with the flexibility to make changes in the future.

When she is not working, Lauren can be found on the tennis court working on her game, trying out one of Charlotte's many restaurants, or relaxing with her husband Matthew and their dog and cats.
