John started his career in real estate in 2018, providing him with a variety of experiences to date. Before 2018, he had a long career in the Information Technology industry. John is licensed in North and South Carolina. He specializes in office, retail and investment properties throughout the Charlotte MSA and across the Carolina’s.

He is customer focused and represents individuals, companies and franchises with their site location, new lease and purchase negotiations, expansions, relocations and dispositions. John uses a consultative approach to understand his clients true business objectives and goals.

John is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors® (CRCBR). He enjoys spending his down time with his family, traveling and supporting local businesses.
