My name is Joe Cardinale and I am an HCM Account Manager at Asure Software. I am originally from Long Island, NY and moved to the Charlotte area over five years ago with my wife. I have been in the payroll/HR field since I moved here winning many awards and recognition along the way.

Asure has been around since 1985, and we are proud to be large enough to be publicly traded but small enough to care!!! What this means is our clients get the backing of a strong stable company but with the customer service of a small boutique company. My partnerships and relationships with my clients are my number 1 priority!!! While most companies in my space do not create those relationships with their clients, I make the effort to be more than just their payroll rep by taking a holistic approach to help their business succeed. 

Asure works hand in hand with CPA's, bookkeepers, accountants, Group Health brokers and Commercial bankers as those are some great introductions as well. We provide several options for processing payroll as well as several options for all of your HR needs. Asure also operates in ALL 50 STATES!!!
